The Bay Tree's Uses

There are many different ways the bay tree can be used. It is an herb with healing properties. If you put the bay leaves under your bed, the leaves will keep fleas away. If you put bay leaves in your cupboards, it will keep weevils out of your cupboards. The strong smell of the bay tree is what keeps weevils and fleas out of your cupboards and your bed. Some people think that the bay tree can make lightening and wizards go away. The bay tree can be used in many different ways. - Sam Suskind


Bay trees are used in many different ways. They are eaten by deer and they are used for things around the house, such as furniture, cabinets and interior trim. They are one of the most expensive woods in the U.S.. The leaves can be used for spice, and the seeds can be roasted and eaten. I'm surprised at how useful the bay tree is. - Emmy Rutherford


Bay leaves are used for spices and fresheners. People use the spices of the bay tree for food and the main food they use bay leaves in is spaghetti. I've had bay leaves in spaghetti and they are tasty. Bay leaves are also used as fresheners in bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms. Bay leaves are usually 2 or 3 inches long. The bay tree's leaves are used for a lot of things. Like you can put the leaves in soup. People put the leaves in the soup because it makes the taste stronger, The bay tree's leaves are made to go in tea. There are different kinds of tea the leaves can go in.
