A
handsome bunchgrass to 3 feet round, with stiff flower spikes another
2 feet , they remain attractive in winter. This cool season grass
is heat and drought tolerant, needing little or no summer water. Sun
or partial shade, a good specimen plant, used in Indian baskets. One
of the showiest native grasses. Good for erosion control.
