and Native Plants by the Creek

Ms. Leimkuhler's class planted willows and California wild roses down by the creek. This area is down a very steep, overgrown slope to the left of the garden. A cleared area is home to several recently planted native species. Please only visit this site with long sleeves, pants and proper footwear as native blackberry canes are all around!
