Dixie Elementary has an Emergency Phone tree in place to keep you informed in the event of an emergency. All Dixie School classrooms and offices are equipped with emergency packs. Emergency drills are regularly practiced on campus with the children. Please PRINT OUT these and the linked pages to make sure that you have a hard copy of guidelines to follow in the case of an emergency.

Comfort Kits

Please make sure that you have returned a comfort bag for each of your children attending Dixie. These can be obtained from your child's teacher or can be put in a large sized ziplock bag with your child's full name and teacher's name on it. Kits should contain a comforting letter from a parent, photos from home, a small toy, book, and non-perishable snack items. Kits should be returned to the Dixie Office or your child's teacher as soon as possible.
